CNC Milling
CNC milling is one of the most commonly used CNC machining processes. CNC milling can be used to create a wide variety of odd or irregular shapes.
In its simplest form, it involves drilling and cutting along multiple axes. Due to the high degree of accuracy, milling is often the right solution for many of the industries we work with, including medical, computer, electronics and the aerospace industry. Our CNC milling service is the ideal process for complex shapes with high dimensional tolerances. With our CNC Milling 3+1 Technology we offer automatic tool changing and an extremely high accuracy of +/- 0.001. We can mill a wide variety of materials. These include specialty alloys, titanium, copper, hastelloy, aluminum, brass, a wide variety of steel, stainless steel, plastics and more.

CNC Plasma Cutting
Plasma cutting is a process used with high velocity gas (plasma) that melts through the materials to make a clean cut. The Plasma Cutter uses the superheated ionized gas to transfer energy to any conductive material through a focused nozzle at high speed resulting in a precise cut. Our CNC plasma table will cover up to 5' x 10' steel plates and is a highly effective and a quick way to cut thin or thick materials up to 3/4 in.
CNC Plasma cutting has gained popularity with many contractors looking to give their customer a new and original look that will last a life time, such as the one shown above with sheet metal shaped as palm tree leaves. Wether you are looking for a metal sign, panels for decoration, modern fencing, or hundreds of smaller pieces such as brackets, braces, plates, etc. We would love to be a part of your project and your vision.
Bead Blasting
Bead blasting is a multi-purpose surface finish that involves shooting high-pressure glass or steel beads at a machined component. A bead blast finish can clean your part's surface and improve the overall appearance, creating a uniform surface with a dull, satin, or rough texture.
